Questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Sessions are fully clothed, and you'll never need to get on the floor.
I've had a fall or a surgery. Is this safe for me?
Tell Tavia about it on the intake form and during your free consult. Sessions are adjusted to you, and she may ask for your doctor's okay before you start.
Which forms do I need before my first session?
The Client Intake & Assessment and the Liability Waiver. Private studio clients also sign a Client Service Agreement. You can print them here and bring them with you.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Private sessions happen at your home or in your community's fitness or activity room within the service area above.
How do community programs work and get billed?
After a discovery call and a pilot, your community chooses a monthly program (Essential, Premier or Elite). Invoices come through Square and can be paid online by card or ACH.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Intake and waiver forms are sent through a secure, HIPAA-compliant service, and only Tavia reads them. Read the privacy notice for details.
